Chef Bartłomiej Brzuska gained his culinary experience in London working, among others in the two-star restaurant The Square with Philip Howard or Grennhouse at Mayfair! It was there that he expanded and gained culinary knowledge for 10 years. After returning to Poland, he cooperated directly with Winosfera!

In our kitchen Bartlomiej focuses on the seasonality and freshness of the served products. The main aspect that I manage creating the menu are flavors from childhood and the use of natural products available at a given time of the year.
